21 Stages of Meditation at Sat Nam Fest Malibu Canyon

Happiness. Awareness. Peace. Joy. Grace. Selflessness. Realization.

What kind of life do you want to live?

How can you develop it? What process can you use to grow? How do you move beyond suffering? The 21 Stages of Meditation takes you step-by-step into the process of meditation, giving you tools to deepen your meditation. As you journey through the stages, you come to a profound understanding of your Self. You experience the fullness of each step in the process, setting the foundation for the final stage of realization – The Infinite Pulse.

Sat Nam Fest is deeply honored and excited to be able to offer this transformative course at our 2019 Sat Nam Fest Malibu Canyon.  During this course, you will join the entire Sat Nam Fest community for morning sadhana, meals, and evening concerts, and you will spend your days exploring the depths of meditation with Krishna Kaur and Guru Meher Singh.

Students and teachers from all contemplative traditions are invited; instructors and practitioners of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® are encouraged to participate…again and again. This course is required as part of your Level 3 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Certification, but anyone can take the course.  We hope you will join us!

Try to realize that there is a built-in cleansing process in your body, like lymph glands, sweat glands, liver cleans your blood, kidneys clean your blood. There are so many cleansing systems in your mechanical body. In your mental body also, there is a huge vastness of consciousness, which cleanses you always, always, and forever if you want it.
