Wednesday, April 6th, 1 – 3 pm, 3:30 – 5:30 pm, 7 – 8 pm
“The Kundalini Yoga tradition speaks of a call to the Divine that awakens ‘the Original Light of the soul.’ Through meditation, prayer, and sacred song, those of all faiths can connect with this illuminating source – Kundalini, the universal energy of awareness and healing that awakens within.”
One way to access this Original Light is through the Aquarian Sadhana. Snatam Kaur will cover in depth this life-changing practice for aligning ourselves and empowering our inner light. Snatam will cover the 5 stages of sadhana. This includes self-care, sacred recitation, yoga, chanting, and finally ending with worship to the Divine.
Snatam just published her new book Original Light, which includes instruction on the Aquarian Sadhana as well as her own personal stories. Each participant will receive a copy of this book, along with the 2 CDs it comes with.
Please bring a head covering for this workshop.
Aquarian Sadhana and Gurdwara
Thursday, April 7th, 3:45 – 6 am, 6:30 – 7 am
Experience the gift of this morning practice with Snatam Kaur leading the way. It begins with the sacred recitation of Jap Ji, continues with an activating kriya, followed by the beautiful Aquarian Sadhana mantras sung together as a group.
This sadhana will close with the practice of Gurdwara, in which we connect with the Divine. Gurdwara is a devotional service, from the Sikh tradition, that uses the technology of the sound current to shift our consciousness to link with the Infinite. Gurdwara includes Kirtan, Song of the Khalsa, Anand Sahib (the song of bliss), Ardas (a group prayer), and Hukam (a selection from the Siri Guru Granth Sahib).
People of all walks can practice this and strengthen their own connection with their inner truth and divinity.
Pritpal Singh & Snatam Kaur
Thursday, April 7th, 3 – 4:30 pm
If you’ve ever heard this mantra being sung, you know what a powerhouse of a mantra this is!! Pritpal Singh will be leading this class with the assistance of Snatam Kaur.
The mantra “Jai Tegang” cuts through negativity and ill-will like an invincible sword of light. It cleanses karma. It restores our clarity of action, clears out illusion, and delivers us to our true Dharma, our soul’s purpose. And in fact, it is our Dharma, our purpose, that is this sword that cuts through to truth.
This mantra is from the words of Guru Gobind Singh, the 10th Sikh Guru.

Meditation of the Soul: An Introduction to Jap Jī
Snatam Kaur & Prabhu Nam Kaur
Saturday, April 9th, 10:30 am – noon
Join Snatam and her mother, Prabhu Nam Kaur, as they introduce this powerful sacred recitation.
Jap Ji Sahib is a prayer or a sacred poem composed by Guru Nanak shortly after he was enlightened. It is more than a prayer though, it is life-changing technology. Each stanza offers a healing or energetic alignment potential. Reciting Jap Ji aloud uses the sound current to bring total balance to your being. It is usually chanted at the beginning of the Aquarian Sadhana.
Please wear a head covering during this workshop to honor the sacred tradition and for optimal benefits during the recitation.
