We are honored to have Maya Fiennes joining us for the first time at Sat Nam Fest Malibu Canyon!

Maya is a mother, musician, composer, yogi, and author of “Yoga for Real Life.” Her approach to yoga is about using the tools that yoga offers in day-to-day life.

Maya’s approach to yoga is about using the tools that yoga offers in day-to-day life. She started yoga when she was a concert pianist to help her with the fear of performing, and to calm her nerves, but she soon realized that yoga helped her with anxiety and mental noise, too. Her deepest desire is to share the knowledge she gained to help people have a more fulfilled, joyful life.

KundaDance is a 60-minute high-intensity, fun, uplifting, cardio, dance workout. It’s a creative movement class combining Kundalini Yoga, Thai Chi and Qi Gong.
