With so many amazing teachers, workshops, yoga classes and musicians your spirits are sure to soar! Below you will find the color key to each event type, telling you if it is a yoga class, workshop, concert, art class or part of our early morning program. Almost all events are included in your event pass, however those with an asterix next to it do require an additional materials fee, and pre-registration.

The devil may have whispered in your ear, “you’re not strong enough to withstand this storm.” Today you get to whisper back “I am the storm.” Yes, The time has come to give a shift. A global shift. The time has come to harness and utilize the thing we’ve feared most~ our own strength and wisdom~ that rising Storm known as The Divine Feminine. This fierce and forceful storm of storms isn’t violent or abusive; destructive or oppressive. She may not play nice, but she is inherently kind. This storm is creative and constructive. She organizes and mobilizes. Fueled by fierce compassion, inclusion and spirited connection she is done staying hidden and quiet. She has risen. She is done feigning sleep. She has risen. This three-part workshop is a practical exploration of approaching life as a yogi, spiritual seeker, and warrior. Combining Kundalini Yoga, meditation and martial arts, Gurujodha S. Khalsa shares tools and technology for fostering peace in every environment.

If there is disharmony or violence of thought, word or deed, it is the duty of the Spiritual Warrior to neutralize violence, protect and preserve life and re-establish harmony, balance and peace through thoughts, words and action. Such responsiveness requires training and skill.

In this workshop, Gurujodha focuses on the three stages of violence neutralization: Thought, word, and deed through the lens of applied Kundalini Yoga and meditation. This will be followed by a hands on (literally) study and application of violence neutralization techniques based upon joint locks and pressure points.

Gurujodha S. Khalsa is a Sixth degree black belt Instructor of Kenpo Karate and a Kundalini Yoga teacher. He was a member of Yogi Bhajan's personal security team for many years. He is the originator of a self-defense system entitled The Spiritual Warrior Training System. With a light heart and a fierce spirit, he integrates the philosophies of Kundalini Yoga with a variety of martial arts systems as a foundation for a warrior's approach to life and peace.

Join Jai-Jagdeesh to stretch, open, move and shake your body, letting go of the all the layers that have gathered over the years. It’s time! You’ll explore the basics of a few forms of Indian dance, the fundamentals of rhythm, and the guidelines of tuning in to the body’s needs while dancing…and then you’ll be free to break all the rules! This class is open to all levels, from novice to expert. If you’re shy, come anyway. It will be pure FUN!

The time has come to harness and utilize the thing we’ve feared most~ our own strength and wisdom~ that rising Storm known as The Divine Feminine. This fierce and forceful storm of storms isn’t violent or abusive; destructive or oppressive. She may not play nice, but she is inherently kind. This storm is creative and constructive. She organizes and mobilizes. Fueled by fierce compassion, inclusion and spirited connection she is done staying hidden and quiet. She has risen. She is done feigning sleep. She has risen. This three-part workshop is a practical exploration of approaching life as a yogi, spiritual seeker, and warrior. Combining Kundalini Yoga, meditation and martial arts, Gurujodha S. Khalsa shares tools and technology for fostering peace in every environment.

If there is disharmony or violence of thought, word or deed, it is the duty of the Spiritual Warrior to neutralize violence, protect and preserve life and re-establish harmony, balance and peace through thoughts, words and action. Such responsiveness requires training and skill.

In this workshop, Gurujodha focuses on the three stages of violence neutralization: Thought, word, and deed through the lens of applied Kundalini Yoga and meditation. This will be followed by a hands on (literally) study and application of violence neutralization techniques based upon joint locks and pressure points.

Gurujodha S. Khalsa is a Sixth degree black belt Instructor of Kenpo Karate and a Kundalini Yoga teacher. He was a member of Yogi Bhajan's personal security team for many years. He is the originator of a self-defense system entitled The Spiritual Warrior Training System. With a light heart and a fierce spirit, he integrates the philosophies of Kundalini Yoga with a variety of martial arts systems as a foundation for a warrior's approach to life and peace.
