Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, is the co-founder and director of Golden Bridge Nite Moon, Los Angeles' premier center for the study and practice of Kundalini Yoga and meditation. Since being baptized 32 years ago with the Sikh spiritual name meaning "One who helps people across the world ocean", Gurmukh has dedicated her life to fulfilling that responsibility. For nearly three decades students in Los Angeles and around the world have sought her classes in Kundalini yoga, meditation, and pre- and post-natal care.

Krishna Kaur, a dynamic, heart centered Yoga teacher, began studying with Yogi Bhajan in 1970 and has passionately taught the art and science of Kundalini Yoga and Self Awareness for 40 years. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from her teaching in Africa, Mexico, and inner cities throughout the United States. A master teacher trainer of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, she conducts workshops in Canada, Europe, and Latin America.
She is certified by the 3HO Foundation and the Kundalini Research Institute as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Trainer of both Level I and II. She is the regional coordinator for 3HO Africa, which unites Kundalini Yoga in Africa. Krishna also founded and runs Y.O.G.A. for Youth, a non-profit dedicated to training yoga teachers to work with at-risk youth and creating yoga programs in schools and juvenile facilities.
Krishna opened the first yoga center in South Central Los Angeles and continues to train yoga teachers, teach workshops, and bring yoga to the underserved populations throughout the world. She currently lives in Los Angeles, California.
Sunder Singh Khalsa has taught Kundalini Yoga and meditation for the past 30 years. He was born in Taiwan. As a young child he was interested in spiritual teachings and loved being around the Buddhist and Taoist temples in that area. Sunder moved with his family to the United States at age 11 and settled in Portland, Oregon.
After meeting Yogi Bhajan at the age of 19, Sunder has followed the directives of Yogi Bhajan through many life experiences as a teacher, ashram director, businessman, and now a teacher trainer. There was one constant through-out that time and that was the continuing message from Yogi Bhajan that Sunder would serve the emergence of the teachings in China and Asia. Today Sunder serves that emergence as the KRI Coordinator of Teacher Training for Asia. He is also a member of KRI Teacher Training Executive Council.
S.S. Mahan Rishi Singh Khalsa, D.C. co-founded the Khalsa Healing Arts and Yoga
Center in Yardley, PA. Having taught Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan nationally
and internationally, along with traveling numerous times to India, he seeks to bring
the ancient wisdom and authentic devotional practices of yoga and meditation into
everyday life. He has been leading retreats and yatras to India, Nepal and Tibet
over the past 25 years. His experiences of the kundalini and subtle-energy currents
of the etheric body have led him to guide his students toward Self-realization and
illumination through Universal love and understanding. His vision is for each student
to have an experience of vital energy, great joy, and liberating peace.
Harijiwan possesses an encyclopedic knowledge of yoga and meditation. His classes
are funny, profound and poetic and offer students the opportunity to receive rarified
instruction and enjoy vast change. Harijiwan has been teaching Kundalini yoga since
1975. For a number of years he served his teacher, Yogi Bhajan, directly, and travelled

Akasha became a student of Yogi Bhajan at the age of 11. This initiation with his
teacher sparked his life-long quest to grow, learn and experience life through his
body, mind and spirit. At 18, and by the direction of his teacher, Yogi Bhajan,
Akasha began teaching Kundalini yoga and martial arts. During college, Akasha studied
Ayurvedic medicine under Dr. Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico.
In his twenties, while living and working in India, Akasha began studying Ashtanga
yoga w/ Pattabhi Joi’s nephew, Vish-wanath. His classes reflect his personal approach
and include the traditions of Kundalini and classical Ashtanga for a heart-centered
class that will leave students toned, stretched, centered and open, from the inside
out. He currently offers workshops, retreats, teacher training and general classes
throughout the year and is co-owner of Birmingham Yoga Studio.

Ramdesh Kaur is a Kundalini yoga teacher, writer
and radio personality. She teaches Kundalini Yoga and meditation everywhere from
the foothills of the Himalayas to the suburbs of New Jersey. She has a Master’s
Degree from the Courtauld Institute in London. Having lost her hearing as a child,
she now devotes herself to sharing the sacred sound current that has transformed
her life.

people on her journey, she began to recognize the human need for sharing and uplifting

inspirational speaker and yoga instructor registered in the Kundalini and Hatha
